This letter summarises the Drive iQ Ltd code of conduct and the values we uphold within the business. All members of staff, whether permanent or temporary, agree to abide by this code, which we also require to be agreed by our subcontractors and their supply chain. This means that when dealing with Drive iQ you can be assured of our unambiguous position on key issues like data protection, modern slavery, bribery and corruption, the environment, diversity and more.
We believe in honesty in every aspect of our business, demonstrating expertise and competence in what we deliver, outstanding attention to detail and above all to communicate promptly and with courtesy to both customers and suppliers. We only wish to work with individuals and companies who feel the same way about our approach to business.
Our environmental goal is to go beyond all applicable laws and to strive to improve our impact on the environment year on year. We endeavour to achieve this by reducing wastefulness, use resources more efficiently and recycle whenever possible. We have a pathway to becoming a Net Zero business by the end of 2024.
Our human and social rights position is to comply with all applicable employment laws and to support the protection of human rights at all times. This includes every aspect of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the provision of a safe and healthy environment in which to work, avoidance of child labour and a fair remuneration policy based on achievement.
We operate on a non-discriminatory basis, supporting a policy of equality in every aspect of our work and actively demonstrate a commitment to inclusiveness. We operate without bias or discrimination based on race, sexuality, ethnicity, gender or age.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulations of May 2018, and treat individual privacy as critical, and will only process data in a lawful manner.
If you have any further questions about our policies, please contact me directly.
